Driver Requirements

All drivers must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license. Only authorized drivers may operate the golf cart.

Operating Area

Golf carts may only be operated in approved areas of Port Aransas and must be driven in accordance with all local and state laws. No golf carts on Hwy 361.

Safe Operation

Renters are responsible for operating the golf cart safely and responsibly at all times. All passengers must remain properly seated while the cart is in motion, and the number of passengers may not exceed the golf cart's designated capacity.

Beach Use

Golf carts may be used for beach access where permitted. Renters are responsible for following all posted beach rules, access restrictions, and local regulations. All of our cart come with a beach parking permit on the windshield.

Damage & Responsibility

The renter is responsible for the golf cart throughout the rental period and may be held responsible for damage, loss, misuse, or excessive cleaning resulting from the rental.

Return Condition

Golf carts must be returned in the same general condition in which they were received, excluding normal wear from appropriate use.

Weather & Conditions

Weather and beach conditions can change quickly in Port Aransas. Renters are responsible for operating the golf cart appropriately for current conditions and following local restrictions or safety advisories.
